What format do you need the logos in?<\/h4>\n

We like to have a vector file. This includes .EPS, .CDR, .AI, .PDF. If your format is not listed, please call and ask.<\/p>\n

Why do you ask for vector artwork?<\/h4>\n

Vector art allows us to change the colors to spot colors, eliminate colors, or add colors. It also prints using lines instead of pixels for a clearer, nicer image. The better the artwork, the better the finished product looks.<\/p>\n

Do I have to order a minimum number of pieces when I embroider?<\/h4>\n

Yes, you have to order at least one!! We do orders from 1 piece to hundreds.<\/p>\n

Do I have to order a minimum number of pieces when I screen print?<\/h4>\n

Screen printing does have a 6 piece minimum on a 1-color design or a 12 piece minimum on 2-colors.\u00a0 The more colors or locations you need will change the minimum number of garments needed for printing.\u00a0 Ask us for help with this question.<\/p>\n

How does the 100% Polyester fabrics look after you have embroidered them?<\/h4>\n

Polyester fabrics are more sensitive but they should look just like any of the other fabrics.<\/p>\n

How long would it take to get my order complete?<\/h4>\n

When do you need it? \u00a0Different times of the year are busier than others so don’t wait too long. We always try to make your\u00a0deadlines.<\/p>\n

What color threads do you have?<\/h4>\n

What color do you want.\u00a0 We have just about anything you can think of.<\/p>\n

What color inks do you have?<\/h4>\n

Ink colors can be mixed to just about any color, just like going to the store to pick out paint colors.<\/p>\n

Is there an extra charge to have special ink colors?<\/h4>\n

We do not charge to mix special PMS colors when you have more than 48 pieces. We do have a lot of stock colors so you might not need to have a special color. Ask us to see the color swatches.<\/p>\n

Do you have stock of any of the items?<\/h4>\n

Our backroom is full of “extras”.\u00a0 You can buy anything we stock or order with or without logos.\u00a0 If we don’t have it, usually it only takes a couple of days to order it in.\u00a0 ASK US!<\/p>\n
